Too many parents have been harmed by the misuse of legal and state processes in family law.

Where such conduct involves coordination, improper purpose, or abuse of process, it must be named, examined, and subjected to lawful accountability.

Family Law Integrity is a public-interest project examining how legal and state processes can be misused in family law disputes — and the consequences this has for families, children, and public trust in the justice system.

Our focus is process integrity.

We are concerned with patterns in which allegations are used to trigger police, child protection, and interim court mechanisms in ways that produce immediate custody advantage and, in turn, financial leverage — often before evidence is tested and without findings of fact.

This is not a question of gender.
It is a question of how power operates inside legal systems.
